WHERE WE ARE TODAY
In 1956 at a high school graduation in Michigan, our principal, Mr. Mahlen Moore, told the following story to us - or it was very close to the following story. The story applies to most of our knowledge today, but is especially appropropriate now when there is so much propaganda put out by the Left on global warming.A father had placed a mercury thermometer on a small tree just outside a window of the family's home some time ago when the temperature was warm during late summer and dew would not form on the grass yet. Time passed into Indian Summer (early Fall) and the leaves began to turn to various shades of red, yellow, and brown. By Hallowe'en, the dew was beginning to form each morning on the grass. In November, clouds were often present all day long and dew frequently remained on the grass all day.
One morning at about 2:00 AM when the humidity was rather high, a dewdrop formed between the bulb and the mounting on the thermometer. A few minutes later, a dust particle settled on the dewdrop and some bacteria from the dust particle penetrated the surface tension of the dewdrop and began to multiply. By 2:30, the descendants of the bacterial ancients had formed a thriving civilization and were advancing in the pursuit of knowledge. By 3:00 AM, there was an acceleration of scientific knowledge and the most advanced were beginning to wonder about the nature of the thermometer.
When another half hour had passed, a revolution had happened and a new nation had formed from the efforts of forefathers who allowed free enterprise and science to flourish - and it appeared that the greatest scientists could not only understand the nature of the thermometer, but might be able to read it.
By 4:00 AM, the scientists had been reading the thermometer and had noticed that the temperature was dropping. By 5:00 AM, it was apparent that the temperature was still dropping and that the world would be frozen by 12:00 noon at the latest. There was much wailing and consternation because this would be the end of the world.
At 6:00 AM, the temperature stopped falling and began a slow rise which accelerated with each passing hour. There was dancing in the currents and celebrations that lasted for seconds at a time. Obviously, the world was not going to freeze after all.
During this period of optimism, the scientists found a way to overcome the surface tension on the drop and various vehicles were developed which took brave bacteria outside to return and talk about the universe after having seen it in its entirety. Some became famous political figures and others started metaphysical foundations. Various theories of creation were expounded upon by those who now knew the constitution of the universe.
The temperature continued to rise and then a certain politician wrote a book that stated that by no later than 6:00 PM the world would be destroyed by boiling - and the temperature rise was caused by bacteria-produced heat. The destruction could only be avoided by reducing the population (each bacterium created heat simply by existing) and reducing movement (the friction of movement created heat). The book sold many copies and the bacteria did their best to prevent procreation and movement, but the temperature kept on rising. Some real scientists looked at the problem and stated that the warming was not caused by bacteria - but they were ridiculed by the majority of the population.
Mr. Moore concluded by saying: "That is where we are today."
A number of books have been written on global warming or climate change. Some of the better ones follow.
The Really Inconvenient Truths was written by Iain Murray (copyrighted 2008). It is definitely a rightwing publication, but it has a lot of good information that is well documented. There us much to see on how the left had infiltrated the environmental movement and hijacked it to the point that it now produces propaganda designed to hurt America and free enterprise.
A Primer on CO2 and Climate by Howard C. Hayden, Second Edition (copyrighted 2008) is excellent in every way - in its back-up math, its scientific research, its writing, and its objectivity. It is not very long, and difficult to put down once one begins to read it.
Climate Confusion, a New York Times best seller, was written by Roy W. Spencer (copyrighted 2008). It unmasks the lies and shows the truth about climate change.
The Deniers by Lawrence Solomon (copyrighted 2007) and The Politically Incorrect Guide to Global Warming and Environmentalism by Christopher C. Horner (copyrighted 2007) are two more books worth reading.
Some of the truths found in the books above on CO2 (shown as CO2 for convenience) are:
1. CO2 is a natural gas that is one of the best possible "fertilizers" for plants. Plants are, in large part, made of carbon from CO2.
2. CO2 is not really much of a green house gas. Water vapor is many times more of a green house gas. We all exhale CO2 and water vapor as do other forms of animal life. However, if all forms of animal life (including us) were eliminated, it would be bad for the plants because they need what we exhale for them to live.
3. Approximately seven-tenths of the earth is covered by water. Water absorbs most of the CO2 from the atmosphere. Cold water absorbs much more CO2 than does warm water - which is why when you pour out a carbonated drink that has been warmed you get a lot of foam.
4. Although there are times when changes in CO2 levels and changes in temperature do not correlate, for the most part temperature change and CO2 in the atmosphere are definitely correlated. However, warming causes warmer oceans and more CO2 to be sent into the atmosphere, and cooling causes cooler oceans and more CO2 to be removed from the atmosphere. In other words, temperature is the cause of changes in CO2 atmospheric concentration rather than the reverse.
5. More than three dozen studies contradict the claim that CO2 persists in the atmosphere long term. Once there is any high concentration of CO2 in the atmosphere, the oceans absorb it within a short time.
6. Those who are claiming that CO2 levels were less in the past, use core samples from ice to validate their argument. Actually, more than twenty processes occur to the trapped gases in ice cores - and these processes change the chemical composition of the those trapped gases. Drilling also changes the chemical composition of the gases, and leads to depletion of CO2 in those gases.
7. Real time measures of CO2 in the atmosphere since the beginning of the 19th century demonstrate that CO2 concentrations have fluctuated greatly and that several time in the last 200 years, CO2 concentrations have exceeded today's levels.
8. Human contributions to global warming are miniscule to the point they are no more potent in their effect than the contributions of the bacteria in the dewdrop of the story above.
Dr. George Kukla, an expert on climate change, stated: "Earth has experienced an ongoing solar cycle of ice ages, each typically lasting about 100,000 years, and each punctuated by briefer, warmer periods called interglacials - such as the one we are in now. The current period of global warming [long term] actually constitutes an additional indication of the ice age to come."
Some of the natural causes of climate change follow.
1. Earth tilt - causing the summer/winter annual cycle.
2. Changes in sunspot activity - an eleven-year cycle on average.
3. Precession of the orbit of the earth - a long-term cycle.
4. Combinations of the above.
5. Large meteorite impacts such as the one that began the extinction of the dinosaurs.
6. Volcanic activity - such as the recent eruption by Krakatoa - and the long-term effect of the one under the ice in Antarctica which is causing a slow-moving river of ice to flow into the ocean.Oceans Rising - One critical glance, by anyone familiar with geometry and math, at the land masses and oceans of the earth as they appear on a globe, will show that the rise of oceans as the result of all the ice melting would not exceed much more than six inches at most. But those who are agitating for hysterical action to prevent global warming will tell you that there will be a rise of the waters up to twenty feet.
Lenin's Birthday - Vladimir Ilyich Lenin was born in Simbirsk, Russia, on April 22, 1870. His name at birth was Vladimir Ilyich Ulnov, but he took the name Lenin to prevent his true class (son of a provincial school inspector and the daughter of a physician with upper class upbringing) from being known. Earth Day was created by radicals who were intent upon killing the free market system and the United States. They chose Lenin's birthday, April 22, for Earth Day.
Lenin was responsible for mass murders in Russia when he took control from the democratic provisional government after the people had deposed the Czar. Lenin remained the virtual dictator of Russia's new government until 1922.
The CO2 "solution" proposed by the Communists in Congress and Obama is to tax heavily the production of CO2. CO2 and manmade global warming are not actually problems, and the real intent of such legislation is to aid in killing the U.S. economy and free enterprise. The radicals have long ago infiltrated and sometimes created the ecological and save-the-earth organizations. Real help with the ecology and the stewardship of the earth is actually being threatened by the left in their attempts to destroy the economy.

Agenda 21
Agenda 21 is a means to use many methods to eliminate most of humanity and control the rest. It was becoming understood too well to continue to grow under its name, so it was given other names (a typical means used by international Communism). Now it masquerades as "comprehensive planning", "growth management", and "smart growth". When these names are known too well as what the are, there will be new names. CHEMTRAILS AND HAARP

"The term environmental modification techniques (EMT): any technique for changing - through deliberate manipulation of natural processes - the dynamics, composition, or structure of the earth, including its biota, lithosphere, hydrosphere, atmosphere, or outer space."
This morning (February 17, 2014) I was somewhat morose because the extreme drought in northern California was continuing. Earlier this week, we had been promised some rain on Wednesday. The jetstream was low enough until last night. This morning, the jetstream was shown as being pushed north beyond the point where any precipitation might occur. And as I went for a morning walk, I could see why a mild high had been introduced at high altitude - just enough to kill our chances of rain.
As I gazed upward, the prevailing westerly was in the process of pushing multitudes of chemtrails toward the east - just enough to trigger the high when activated by HAARP. They were not dissipating, so chances are they would cause more trouble of another type as they fell closer to earth.
I had been skeptical of the claims that we were being sprayed until this January. Normally, the temperature rises with elevation at the rate of about 4 degrees Fahrenheit per thousand feet. Highs and lows come in from the west and exit toward the east. But in January a high stayed in place for the whole month as an inversion layer where the air was warmer at higher altitudes than at lower altitudes. This was not a natural phenomenon, but a very unnatural phenomenon. The result was drought here and concentration of moisture north where it would move east and come down south to cause severe cold weather and storms in places that provide fruits and vegetables for the nation. This was killing two birds with one stone, and would take our food supply down. And this was happening all over the globe.
Those who are capable of spraying must include the U.S. Air Force because its radar defense capabilities are such that any unscheduled flights would be noticed immediately. Very likely, it is the Air Force doing the spraying with its tankers. Because this is happening all over the world, the Air Forces in other countries must also be complicit at their higher levels. This probably means that the U.S. aircrews and maintenance personnel have been hoodwinked to insure their cooperation. If they knew that they were killing Americans, they would refuse to fly those missions.
The reasons for spraying fall into two categories: beneficent and malefic. Since the spraying is being accomplished covertly, it can only be assumed that the malefic reasons dominate and must be exposed and stopped. It may be that there is some decent reason for the secrecy (but I doubt it).
The top generals in the American armed forces were responsible for using agent orange which is still killing people who were exposed to it. Air Force maintenance bases throughout the U.S. have been contaminating ground water for decades [I saw this personally as an engineering consultant while monitoring construction on a neutron generator (small atomic reactor) at McClellan Air Force Base at the northern edge of Sacramento], and the Secretary of the Air Force did not care even though he was told about it]. This seems to have increased the cancer rate among civilians in the areas affected. When I was in the Air Force I was appalled by the attitude of many of the generals I was exposed to (politically-motivated egocentric idiots incapable of pumping gasoline in civilian life). Then there is the current example of General David Petraeus and his new book in which he brown-noses Hillary Clinton.
High-level generals are selected and appointed by politicians like Obama, and politicians are selected and placed by the multi-billionaires who have been ruling our elections behind the scenes while we watch the dog and pony show. They (the originals or the descendants of Rothchild, Rockefeller, Carnegie, Warburg, Morgan, Soros, Gates, Aldritch, etc.) play us like we are just part of a monopoly game - and kill us sometimes for the fun of it. And then there are the oil magnates of both the west and the middle east.
The Bitter Truth The Council on Foreign Relations has a set number of members that serve with them for life. Our Presidents were members (except for Truman) as were our higher-level generals. The purpose of the Council is to promote world government with us as their serfs (see Council on Foreign Relations).
As I have already mentioned, ours is not the only Air Force responsible for either spraying or allowing spraying to happen. Spraying is worldwide.
Spraying consists of spewing various types of agents out of airplanes. These agents can be placed in the jet fuel being used, or pumped out from tanks designed for that purpose that are mounted on the airplane. Once the modus operandi has been established, anything can be sprayed upon an unsuspecting populace.
Tiny particles of aluminum can be used at high altitude to reflect sunlight if the sub-agenda of the time requires either or both ocean cooling or a low to influence weather patterns. Ocean cooling prevents the escape of carbon dioxide from the ocean into the air, and also prevents moisture from evaporating to give moisture needed to areas of current or future drought. The carbon dioxide and the water both provide plant growth in agricultural areas like California which provides produce for the nation. Taking them away sabotages the food supply that would otherwise be grown.
Tiny hairlike particles with dehydrated human blood cells and bacteria in them can be sprayed to either simulate a biological attack for experimental purposes or to deliver a real biological attack. They may also be used as vaccines, aphrodisiacs, or permanent contraceptives in places where birth rates are considered excessive. Such particles have been found after some sprayings and analyzed in laboratories.
Aluminum or toxic chemicals such as barium oxide can be used as poisons for either slow death of animal and plant life, a faster death, or a debilitating sickness. Chemicals may also be used as permanent contraceptives.
Plain water can be sprayed just to make us accustomed to seeing the spraying. Water will also reflect sunlight in cloud form.
In August of 1996, a paper was presented to the Air Force called Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather 2025. It is in PDF form on the web by going on Search with the words: us strategic weather control. It was put presented for the use of the U.S. Air Force. Since that time, the U.S. Air Force has been taken over by higher ranking people who are the lackeys of the United Nations and its global agenda puppeteers. The timeline given in the paper has been improved upon until much (if not all) of what has been estimated for 2025 is here in 2015.
HAARP
The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) is jointly funded and managed by the Office of Naval Research, the Air Force Research Laboratory, and the United States Navy University of Alaska Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency. It's supposed purpose (and I know it can do this) is for research on ionospheric enhancement of technology for radio communication and surveillance. The frequencies used are supposed be in the Very High Frequency (VHF) and Ultra High Frequency (UHF) bands.
The ionosphere is the highest level of the atmosphere when ions (charged particles) exist due to the physics of the solar wind and earth's magnetosphere. VHF, UHF, and Radar waves are usually line-of-site and will not reach around the curvature of the earth, but by bouncing those waves off a more dense and active ionosphic segment they will travel around the curvature and be a means of communication and surveillance at long distances.
The instrument of HAARP is an antennae array that covers an Air Force owned site of 33 acres near Gakona, Alaska. It is supposed to use a small amount of energy pointed straight upward. And this is supposedly incapable of causing any great disturbance of the ionosphere.
It may be that HAARP itself is not involved directly in weather control. However, it uses the principles necessary to create and focus upon relatively dense ionic areas of the ionosphere. The use of these principles can be greatly enhanced by spraying dense ionic particles over a targeted area and heating that area to create high pressure areas in the atmosphere. Other such arrays in other parts of the globe can be used maliciously even if HAARP is not guilty of such things. Other nations are having the same weather problems as the United States, so there is more involved than simply a way to ruin America.
It is very unlikely that HAARP or its similar entities around the globe will create earthquake, volcanic activity, or any other activity than the heating of plasma (ions) at key points. But there are other things mentioned in Caroline Williams Palit's paper which is farther below, and they are likely to become a widespread reality if they are not already. At future dates, some stronger geophysical interference may become possible as well.
The Combined Threat
When any spray is activated by electromagnetic frequencies generated from a HAARP type of array, the result is an inversion layer which becomes a high. This was the method used to prevent rain or snow from getting into California for the month of January, 2014. California produce is important to the nation as part of its food supply. The communists and their useful idiots in the California legislature have drained the water we were so careful to store behind the dams, forebays, lakes, and canals of a well-engineered statewide irrigation system.
To finish the job, spraying was done for the whole month just off the California coast. A compound was used that was ionic in form, making it easily heated by a HAARP array. The consequent inversion layer was thus kept in place, sending the wet weather north and then across the Sierras to aid in killing the produce in the south and sourtheast of the United States. As I stated earlier, this kind of thing has been happening worldwide to create famine, suffering, and death.
There are several reasons why someone may want to spray, using chemtrails to affect us without our consent.
1. Prevent food for being grown for the world so that a large part of the population will starve to death. The psychopaths who do this either gain a sense of power, or more dollars in the commodity market due to their advance knowledge. They also gain be having humanity slowly killed off until those left make better serfs.
2. Cause immediate death and destruction from unnatural weather to satisfy sadistic tendencies. Sadists love power. They are usually incapable of doing something constructive, but destruction is easy. They lack empathy and are thus subhuman. They must get their kicks at the expense of others.
3. Experimentation on human subjects to discover the best means and chemicals to use against them in case of war - climate control is capable of doing even more damage than atomic weapons.
4. Deliberately causing global warming to justify the steps necessary to put humanity in bondage - the road back to serfdom.
5. Preventing global warming by adding reflective layers to the atmosphere. But when this is accomplished, water is not picked up from the oceans to provide moisture-laden clouds to condense into rain for drinking and irrigation.
So there are many ways to use spraying and electromagnetic energy to mess up the global weather patterns.
Who Is Responsible?1. Communist, fascist, or Muslim dictators.
2. Those who have always been responsible for killing humans in large numbers, the multi-billionaires of the world and their relatives and friends who are playing us like a game of monopoly (Rothchild, Rockefeller, Carnegie, Warburg, Morgan, Soros, Gates, Aldritch, etc.).
3. Military leaders at the level of the Pentagon or who are in compartmented areas of the military where the leaders are unaware of their mischief.
4. Numerous bureaucrats who have infiltrated over a lifetime and arrived in positions to do us harm - like those in the IRS who helped to create the last scandalous misuse of power.
5. A combination of, or all of the above, since the billionaires use all of those to gain their ends.
I believe number 5 is the answer, and once the populace has been largely eliminated, some of the "masters" will have been eliminated. The eliminations will continue until the monopoly game is over. By that time, we won't have a planet with any life as we know it.
Northern California, March 2015
I believe some of the things Carolyn Williams Palit mentions in what follows are either impossible or are far in the future. What I do know now is that from October 2013 through March 2014, California had 36 percent of the average snow pack in the mountains. From October 2014 through March 2015, California has only 18 percent of the average snow pack. It is the snow pack that provides the water needed for California during the spring, summer, and fall. The drought is getting worse. Someone wants California to become a desert. I have started keeping a log on days the chemtrails are in the sky here in northern California. Those trails have been increasing drastically. We are under attack.
On March 19, the chemtrails were blatantly present as if daring anyone to look up and see them. They were less obvious as clouds moved in on March 20. Then on March 21, there were many older chemtrails blowing in from off the coast and many new ones being formed as we watched. In addition, there was another phenomenon that I had witnessed once before. When there was cirrus above to form a white background, one could see what I believe was the HAARP beam activating the chemtrails. It was very well defined like a narrow searchlight beam, but it was translucent black. One could see through it, and it was perfectly straight without the fuzzy appearance of an expanding chemtrail, visible from horizon to horizon wherever there was a white background above.
YouTube has many good presentations on chemtrails. One of the latest shows Shasta County taking steps to confront the issue. Another is a radio host interviewing a scientist who knows exactly what is happening along with some good guesses as to the perpetrators. After this national radio broadcast that scientist was murdered. Several whistleblowers have also been murdered.
What bothers me most is that it may be too late for us to escape what happened to Venus which now has a 900 degree plus surface temperature and is fated to stay that way. The maniacs that started this temperature increase deliberately through HAARP and spraying may have doomed the planet itself. Earth is a beautiful place, a water planet that has survived many catastrophes even when it takes years for it to recover. But going the way of Venus will be the death of the planet forever, along with all life on it. Even future microbes from space will not be able to revive Earth. We know that not many worlds such as ours exist in the universe. How can anyone want to eliminate it for all time?
Since the following was published in 2007, things may have progressed farther. All this may have started when Bush senior was head of the CIA, but I suspect it began long before that with those whom some call the Illuminati (actually a coalition of the multi-billionaires, those in organizations like the Council on Foreign Relations, and other psychopathic, power-mad subhumans). Regardless of when it began, it may end humanity's reign on the planet.

Texas, Jade Helm, and Weather
According to Wikipedia, anti-Jade Helm theory and geoengineering (weather control) theory are right-wing conspiracies - and the Federal Reserve and the United Nations are altruistic attempts to save us. Wikipedia and Snopes are both left-leaning sources which can be good as long as nothing they have can be construed to be vaguely related to politics.
Recently, the governor of Texas decided that the Texas National Guard should monitor the Jade Helm activities just in case the federal government and/or United Nations troops should become obnoxious. Then Jade Helm was moved up a month to June 15. The move-up was followed "coincidentally" with rainfall in Texas that was great enough to cover the entire state with 8 inches of water in just 48 hours, and more rain followed. Was this a use of weather control by the federal government to punish and weaken Texas?
If so, this is the second and more successful attempt to go after Texas. There was an earlier attempt in 2013. The modus operandi is simple enough for the weather controllers today. They use aircraft to spray the area off the west coast of Mexico, then HAARP arrays from land or ships at sea to to heat the sprayed area. This causes plenty of ocean water to evaporate. The moisture-laden air is moved by the usual west to east winds and steered with highs and lows to cross Mexico and eventually arrive over Texas and its neighboring states (but mostly over Texas) where these clouds are met with a cold front. The temperature rapidly goes down below the dewpoint, great quantities of rain fall, and major parts of the state are flooded.

WHAT CHEMTRAILS REALLY ARE

11-9-7We are dealing with Star Wars. It involves the combination of chemtrails for creating an atmosphere that will support electromagnetic waves, ground-based, electromagnetic field oscillators called gyrotrons, and ionospheric heaters. Particulates make directed energy weapons work better. It has to do with "steady state" and particle density for plasma beam propagation.
They spray barium powders and let it photo-ionize from the ultraviolet light of the sun. Then, they make an aluminum-plasma generated by "zapping" the metal cations that are in the spray with either electromagnetics from HAARP, the gyrotron system on the ground [Ground Wave Emergency Network], or space-based lasers. The barium makes the aluminum-plasma particulate more dense. This means they can make a denser plasma than they normally could from just ionizing the atmosphere or the air.
More density [more particles] means that these particles which are colliding into each other will become more charged because there are more of them present to collide. What are they ultimately trying to do up there -- is create charged-particle, plasma beam weapons. Chemtrails are the medium - GWEN pulse radars, the various HAARPs, and space-based lasers are the method, or more simply:

Spray and Zap.
This system appears to be in Russia, Canada, the United States, and all of Europe. Exotic weapons can be mobile, stationary, land-based, aerial, or satellite.
It is an offensive and defensive system against EM attacks and missiles. It uses ionospheric particle shells as defense mechanisms [like a bug-zapper shell]* against missiles and EM attacks. That means they spray and then pump up the spray with electromagnetics. When these shells are created using the oscillating, electromagnetic, gyrotron stations, it "excludes" and displaces the background magnetic field. These shells can be layered one above another in a canopy fashion for extra protection from missiles. The chemtrail sprays have various elements in them like carbon which can be used to absorb microwaves. Some of these sprays have metal flakes in them that make aerial craft invisible to radar. Spoofer sprays. Sprays like these can be used to create colorful, magnetized plasmas to cloak fighter jets.
There are satellite weapons involved. Activists are using meters and are getting readings of microwaves, x-rays, and some other kind of emission that they are not sure of, maybe a low-intensity laser.
They are also photographing gas plasma generation due to the heating of chemtrails by electromagnetics. The technical names for vertical and horizontal plasma columns are columnar focal lenses and horizontal drift plasma antennas. Various sizes of gas plasma orbs are associated with this technology. These orbs can be used as transmitters and receivers because they have great, refractory and optical properties. They also are capable of transmitting digital or analog sound. Barium, in fact, is very refractive -- more refractive than glass.
What does that mean? Someone or someones are very involved in unconstitutional, domestic spying and the entrained plasma orbs carried on electromagnetic beams can be used for mind control programming. The satellites can be programmed to track and monitor various frequencies on different parts of your body. These electromagnetic beams carrying the gas plasma orbs stick due to magnetic polarity and frequency mapping and tracking to people's eyes, ears, temples, and private parts. A beam with entrained orbs carries pictures in each orb just like the different frames in a movie. It is a particle beam that is also a frequency weapon.
The satellites download holographic mind control movies, pictures, sounds, and sensations to people through this technology. The Air Force has stated in "Air Force 2025" that their goal is to develop virtual and augmented reality mind control. Depending on the how the computer is programmed or depending on the mood or intent of the person interfacing with the technology, you can be probed, bothered, gaslighted, frightened, manipulated, electronically raped, or tortured. It scans your brain frequencies and deciphers your thoughts. The satellites track you by mapping your bioenergetic signature [body biometrics] and constantly scanning an area to find you.
We are the lab rats for this technology and something is very wrong in the military or intelligence branches somewhere. Because developmental projects in government and military are often so compartmentalized, I suppose someone could be using and developing this technology secretly and without authorization. Then again, behavioral and mind control programs were an authorized policy under MKULTRA. Our country has a history of experimenting on its citizens. We are talking about satellite charged-particle frequency weapons attacking a person 24 hours a day. Psychotronic weapons are considered weapons of mass destruction by the U.N.
"HAARPs" can create earthquakes and can also x-ray the earth to find underground military bases, gold, or oil reserves. These ionospheric heaters can also operate as an over-the-horizon or under-the-ocean communications system. This system can control the weather or create disasters. Taken together with the aurora keyhole through-your-roof satellite surveillance system, Echelon electronic computer/phone sweeps, plasma-cloaked DOD Drug War helicopters and stealths, implants, and cameras on the street, it constitutes one, big global and space control grid.
These weapons involve beams. Two beams overlapped will couple into a particle-ion beam that will bounce off of a remote target and send a holographic image back to the satellite for remote spying operations. When you cross two strong beams, you can supposedly* create scalar energies. These energies can be used as untraceable weapons for nuclear size explosions or for defense. These crossed-energies can be used to cause a person's physical electrical system to fail or with a lower frequency, administer a kind of remote electro-shock. Visualize touching a positive and negative electric cable to each other on top of your head. Scalar energies can be utilized in hand-held military guns and on tanks. They can dud-out electronics or cause large, electrical blackouts. Scalar energies are practically impossible to shield against. You need lead, ceramics, and a deep underground facility to not be affected by these weapons. Or, you need to be up and above the field of battle.
People who are working on these issues hear tones and hums. If you hear persistent tones and static; have body vibrations, burning sensations, "bangs" to the head, neurological damage, or immune system damage; are hearing electronic voices or hearing the sound of a plasma; suffering from pains deep in your organs or constant headaches; or experiencing other anomalous activity then you may be being targeted by directed energy, mind control weapons. These weapons could be on helicopters, jets, stealth fighters, or on satellites. Directed energy beams and electromagnetic waves can be sent to you via hand-held devices or piggy-backed in on cell phone and satellite towers.
Is it possible that someone(s) are very afraid of coming famines and riots due to the ongoing, man-induced failure of the ecological system, and they are saturating the earth with chemtrails for large-scale, gas plasma mind control? Is this the last grasp for the world's resources? Or, are they just control freaks and money mongers? Someone would like to get to that oil under the melting [due to chemtrail-trapped EM heat] Artic. And, I guess the Third World is not a part of this system. I don't think that the developed nations are going to let them in on this either.
Any country that joins this NATO system will become mind-controlled and diseased due to the associated, intense, oscillating, electromagnetic fields, electromagnetic soup, and the poisonous, toxic chemtrails. Our DNA will break. We risk the earth's spin and tilt becoming messed up due to mucking around with the magnetic fields through this military technology. Maybe, it is already messed up.

Who exactly is flying those plasma-cloaked craft that are seen all over this country and mistaken for UFOs by people who do not know about this aerial deception technology? Obviously, we have another "Project Paperclip" in the making. We can add the new thugs to the 2,000 Iraqi brought into country by Daddy Bush who are now living in Nebraska.
The elitist corporate government is going to hold the rest of us hostage with directed energy weapons in space, if the Policy for a New American Century group - PNAC - Bush and cronie think tank has their way, along with directed energy attacks against any country or citizen that they decide they do not like. These weapons can create climate war, weather war, mind war, cyber war, disease war, disaster war, and undetectable war. Taken together they can create economic war.
If this system is not stopped, it will kill billions due to aluminum and barium poisoning. It will kill billions due to crop failures and world-wide famine. It will cause heart attacks, strokes, and cancers. It will cause stillbirths, miscarriages, and infertility. The chemtrail sprays often have fungi, bacteria, viruses, dessicated red blood cells, crystalline substances, carbon, metal cations, lithium, other chemicals, heavy metals, and God knows what - probably smart dust, or nanocrap. Years of biowarfare testing on the American public is no big secret anymore. Spraying germs in the sky where they mutate due to the ultra-violet light -- brillant plan, my man. Are we acceptable losses or is this by design?
I know that many of the major players have big investments in pharmaceutical companies, GM seeds [seeds that can grow in an electromagnetic soup], weapons and directed energy development contracts, oil contracts, genetic research, and mind control research. Some of these people have had a familial history of financial and policy support for population control, eugenics, Hitler, Mao, Stalin, Lenin, Marx, Pinochet, Hussein, and various other dictators. Some of the major players were the masterminds of the death squads in Central and South America. They stand to make a big profit on our death and disease. Just take a look at Rumsfield and Tamiflu.
I assume that they know the dangers of this system and that they take care to stay in their shielded, air-filtered offices, homes, bases, and cars. I assume they take chelating substances to remove the barium and aluminum from their bodies and minds. If not, then they really do not understand the far-ranging implications of this destructive system. Congress may not understand just what a terrible weapons system and control grid they are funding.
As I understand it, Tesla towers attached to deep-earth, free-energy taps are to be created over the 10-12 magnetic poles and the GWEN system phased-out. Has this already been done? This should allow total control of the earth through giant, Tesla death ray-guns. This natural, electromagnetic earth was not meant to be an un-natural dynamo to power man's weapons or his utility companies.
Over-unity systems [Tesla devices]* are as of yet, another unexplored and probably not understood man-made energy. We should be very suspect of free energy. As we can see, the forms of man-made energy that have been created and used in the past have not been good for this planet. Maybe it is time to reconsider the options available to us through the development of crops for fuel, wind, solar, and water power. We need world-wide, different, more holistic, renewable, energy programs.
Is there any good news? Yes. There has been tons of particulate dumping through the spray operations for 8 years over the Americas, Europe, Scandinavia, Eastern Europe, and from what I can find out, over Russia. And, what goes around blows around, right? So, these substances are probably actually global. It sure makes a ton of sense to spray poisonous elements in 24 NATO countries and let the substances be carried around the earth on the jet streams to poison yourself, your enemies, and all neutral and non-combatent countries. Talk about making more enemies.
The water, air, and soil of all of these countries is so saturated with metal cations that these weapons freaks should be able to zap and mind f--k each other quite well now and as often as they wish. Once they have clobbered each other with light-saber beams for a few years and razed and scorched sections of the earth, they may start to realize that this foreign policy will lead to a defective human race and a rotten economy.
Do you think they will have knocked some sense into each other by then and will decide that non-proliferation and arms reduction is the more civilized and mature direction to take in world affairs? Scott Stevens was a television weatherman until he was fired for doing too much digging into chemtrails. He has been researching them for many years now and has what is probably the most advanced understanding of how they are being used of anyone who is not part of the mechanism itself. His work is on line. Just use his name on search.
Since many people are becoming aware of the nature of chemtrails, the perpetrators are beginning to take steps to counter the soon-to-come protests, and thus provide more time to reduce free people to serfs. The perps were using two ways to prevent a rebellion against them. The first way is simple ridicule, countering the truth with bogus disbelief and sarcasm ("spraying is just a word for contrails, and HAARP is a simple research tool"). The second way was flooding the internet with theories about spraying and HAARP that were too silly to be taken seriously. Now, they are using counterfeit whistleblowers who mimic the real whistleblowers in such a manner as to give the bad guys a good reputation.
For instance, a master propagandist is on one of the websites with the following things to say about the "shield" between the sun and us that is caused by spraying. "The reason for the spraying is twofold: (1) to prevent the ozone hole from growing larger, and (2) to stop global warming." As any good propagandist does, he takes us off on a very emotional tangent about the horrors of ultraviolet radiation (UV) and global warming. Once he has given us a lot of scary statistics about the earth and its inhabitants dying within a few years, he has our attention.
The statistics come from the World Health Organization (WHO) for the most part. [The WHO is a part of the United Nations (UN). The UN is the corrupt organization that is trying to take over the United States. It is dominated by Communist nations who have infiltrated the U.S. government and are aided by Barack Obama. Communists do not tell the truth unless it should accidentally aid them to do so.]
There is a lot of valid information about skin cancer being caused by UV, and less valid opinions about pollution being to the point here that it is now uncontrollable except by spraying. The spraying is a shield that must be kept in place by constantly renewing it. [So the spraying must continue until the heavy metals in it kill us or we die from the greenhouse effect actually caused by the "shield" against UV].
There is a lot of valid information about ozone, how it is created and destroyed, etc. [These things are mixed in so that the propaganda seems legitimate]. Ozone is what protects us from UV and ozone is being destroyed. The spraying shield is supposed to save us. Overall, there is a lot of valid information that could be could be found by anyone easily on line or in a library. But then there are the lies designed to attain an end that is not visible.
There is a reference to GMO food that is fleeting but definitely in favor of it. [GMO is put forth as an aid to famine. Nothing could be farther from the truth. It is a means for Monsanto and others like it to take over the food supply and to poison us slowly.]
There is a reference to George W. Bush that is a lie commonly put forth by the radical left. There is a paragraph or two about the need for clean, unpolluted water. [Which is readily available were it not for using spraying and HAARP to deliberately prevent rain where it is needed most.] There is a paragraph or more on a famine to come unless there is the shield in place. [While, in reality, California agriculture is now being destroyed by the drought the perps have been creating.]
There is a paragraph on fossil fuels needing to be eliminated slowly due to economic problems if they are eliminated too quickly. The alternative proposed is to use electricity. [This is the same popularly stated misinformation about electricity. The truth is that electricity must be produced by fossil fuels and distributed by wires with a decrease in efficiency that causes greater use of fossil fuels than we have ever experienced.] This is another Communist tactic designed to ruin America.
There is the claim that we have more severe storms due to global warming. [But this is the result of spraying and HAARP. One of the real purposes of the weather control program is to create increased global warming where there was very little at most, and to cripple more of America and other nations through storms, drought, and follow-up programs. When Al Gore introduced global warming as a means to be elected, he and the other socialists/communists here did not count on people discovering the hoax. The democrats/socialists/communists are doing all they can to make global warming a reality.]
It is mentioned that only about 2 billion casualties will result due to spraying in the next few years, and they will only be the elderly and those who have respiratory diseases. [The left has been trying to kill off more of the elderly because they are the last to have better educations than the dumbed down generations that follow. Sports and sex are the means to make the younger people vote for the left unless the older people counter this trend.] The WHO is the paramount authority on the casualties from spraying. There could be a lot more than 2 billion.
So the propaganda from the perpetrators uses exaggeration, outright lying, ridicule, and one-sided arguments to create panic, hoping that enough fools are willing to buy into the spraying and HAARP justification. They tell us we must do it now or we will be finished as as a species and Earth will die. ["Hurry up and do it now" is the way advertisers panic people into buying.] One must examine what weather control has actually been doing. Words are cheap and actually dangerous when coming from the enemy. Weather control has been creating droughts, floods, blizzards, hurricanes, tornadoes, and more in areas that never had them before or in areas where there were less of them before.
There is one more thing that the propagandists are saying. Those who prevent the spraying and use of HAARP are terrorists. If the weather control program is kept from everyone who does not have "a need to know", and if we are forced to go along without our knowledge, we no longer have government by the people, and the Constitution is no longer the law of the land.
Secrecy is not the way of honesty, and the perps cannot be trusted. I doubt that Congress has any idea what is going on regarding weather control. Weather is probably being manipulated through the United States Air Force Weather Agency at Offutt Air Force Base near Omaha, Nebraska. This is the same place where Strategic Air Command is located with many of its tankers. The military has a long record of keeping things like agent orange from the public, and the Obama administration has a long record of keeping everything from the public. No doubt the Obama administration and those before have appointed the high level generals and admirals who are party to this dangerous hoax, and no doubt the people who fly the tankers are told that they are being heroic. Chances are they do not know any better. The best we can say for those who are responsible is that they are very, very stupid.

In ancient Egypt, there was a time when the people of egypt owned their land. Then the priests began to tell the people that they needed insurance for the time when the crops would fail due to a disaster such as hail, the failure of the Nile, or some other cause. It was not uncommon for crop failures to occur. The solution, according to the priests (the Pharoah was one of them), was for the people to give a portion of their harvest of grain each year to the priests to be stored against the time of crop failure.
The people complied for a number of years, and then there was a year when the crops failed. The priests provided the grain needed for the people to survive, but did so at a price. There followed more good years of the people giving grain to the priests for storage, and then another bad year occurred in which the priests sold grain to the people. But this time some of the people were not able to pay the the priests except by giving the priests part of the people's land. The above continued in a cyclic manner until the priests had all the land. The priests used their power unfairly and eventually even those who were craftsmen and merchants became slaves to the priests. What had once been a society of freedom had become one of feudalism.
The Catholic Church evolved from a ruler who listened to his wife (a prostitute). Subsequently, there became a new elite (the Pope and his Cardinals). They terrorized and robbed by using inquisitions, took gold and slaves from the New World, and sold the means to go to heaven. The king of France and the pope of the time brutally murdered the Cathars and what could be found of the Knights Templar. They stole the Cathars' land and all they could find of the wealth of the Templars.
The royalty of Europe have been breeding amongst themselves for many generations, and have accumulated vast wealth. Today, their subjects are treated reasonably well in some nations, but there is still a huge difference in income between the royalty and the poor in most European nations. At the time of the French Revolution, there was enough difference to create excessive use of the guillotine. At the time of the American Revolution, England lost badly in economic terms, and the ruling elite became wealthier as the middle class and poor became poorer. When the communists took over in Russia, they began to create the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR), and the new ruling elite were those highest in the Communist Party. Adolf Hitler created a new ruling elite with his Nazis that led to World War II.
In the Far East, there have been many ruling classes that followed the same pattern as those in Europe. Those of the Middle East have never really outgrown their tribal culture and most of their rulers have not been able to cause extremes except in local areas. Yet, they follow the same pattern as other ruling elites.
The elitist methods of controlling others have always included subterfuge, lying, and force. The elitists today are called the "Illuminati". Their goal is control of the world through money. One of their chief patterns was established by a man in Germany with the name Bauer. The entrance to his place of business had a red shield over it. In German, the word "red" is "roth", and the word "shield" is "schilde".
Bauer created a blueprint for stealing wealth through subterfuge. He adopted the name over his business as his own, and the Rothchild's began to become one of the families in the new ruling elite. The blueprint is the same one that became adopted through subterfuge in other countries. In the United States, the Federal Reserve Act allowed the blueprint to come into being and we call it the Federal Reserve System. There are other examples of the ruling elite. They have lived throughout history and even in prehistory as the "illuminati", those who prey upon others, the parasites of humanity who are not truly human. Books on psychopaths (now called "sociopaths") explain the characteristics of those in the illuminati. Actually, they are the least illumined of all, cunning and stealthy, but without any true wisdom. Where real humans have ampathy and compassion as part of their nature, the illuminati lack these qualities. But they are not to be pitied. They can manipulate those who do so. They truly are a different species, just as a cancer cell in the body is different when compared to a healthy cell. So they must be cut out like any cancer in society.
The illuminati use force to attain their ends. It might be the force of a new law or the force of armed conquest. The less stupid ones prefer to lie to create new bad laws. The Federal Reserve Act is a good example of this. The attempts to destroy or negate our Second Amendment is another good example. Because truth usually upsets their manipulative arguments, they choose to introduce emotion through lying to gain their ends. They hope to cloud our minds with so much emotion that we will accept their arguments without thought. The last supposed school shooting in New Hampshire was an organized attempt to cause us to rid the nation of firearms. It turned out to be a hoax, taking money from sympathetic people who wanted to contribute, and using the money to further anti-gun efforts.
Throughout history, the illuminati have eventually either destroyed themselves along with their own society, or have been overthrown and brutally eliminated. Although they are not very bright, the less stupid of them know that they need alternate plans to succeed or simply to survive in the event that their activities are discovered. So they choose scapegoats, hoping to keep us from discovering the truth. They also attempt to have escape routes and places to hide in case we should find them out.
The Cathars and the Knights Templar were both victims and scape goats for a king and pope. Today, the Free Masons (evolved Templars) are being targeted as scapegoats. The Jews have been scapegoats and victims for the Third Reich in Germany, and were brutally slaughtered. The Israelis are still scapegoats.
The illuminati today are becoming worried as more of us discover the true nature of the Federal Reserve System, the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, the United Nations, the Council on Foreign Relations, the Internal Revenue Service, the high-level military people (chosen by political means), most of the people we have elected, and the true nature of actions like the use of HAARP and spraying to kill us. Consequently, the illuminati are looking for places to hide when enough of us decide to eliminate them. We are told that they are buying large tracts of land in New Zealand.
There is even a movement now to blame extraterrestrials infiltrating our governments for the things that look suprisingly like Agenda 21. This may be closer to the truth than other explanations. Since the illuminati are not even fully human (either cases of arrested development, traumatizing, substandard intelligence from birth, or brain injuries), they are as non-human as extraterrestrials would be. If such individuals were competent enough to actually be constructive parts of humanity, a lot might be accomplished. But they are not able to think well enough to be constructive, so they must be destructive because destruction is easy.
The illuminati are the most incapable, cowardly, despicable, and evil part of our society. They may have great material wealth, but they are very poor in other ways. Do not pity them or use any energy hating them. Just be grateful that you are smart enough to be able to contribute positively to society.
